1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (Brijr.io), subscribing to our technical briefs, or engaging our managed integration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable local, national, and international laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our platforms.
2. Infrastructure Licensing
Brijr grants our enterprise manufacturing client organizations a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to embed our SpecEngine and CatalogConnect modules natively within their authorized public-facing websites and CRM environments under our standardized flat-fee pricing agreements.
3. API & Usage Rules
You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, exploit, or run denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against Brijr's live sync endpoints, AWS EC2 instances, or connected databases. Any attempt to scrape our core data structures, manipulate metadata parameters, or bypass our brand-safety firewalls will result in immediate termination of services.
4. Intellectual Property
The software architecture, layout logic, designs, CSS systems, algorithms, and technical documentation representing Brijr, SpecEngine, CatalogConnect, and the Duo Engine remain the exclusive, proprietary intellectual property of Brijr.io and our licensing partners.
5. Liability Disclaimers
Our platforms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Brijr makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding continuous uptime, exact CRM matching accuracy, or third-party catalog API stability, although we commit to a strict, standard 72-hour error resolution SLA under contract.
6. Agreement Termination
Either party may terminate active service agreements with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all embedded SpecEngine catalog scripts must be removed immediately, and our Connected App CRM OAuth tokens will be permanently revoked.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida for any dispute resolution.
